Mangalore: A lorry laden with onions plunged off Kulur bridge injuring two persons on Sunday morning. The lorry was laden with onions worth Rs 3.5 lakhs which has been lost in the mishap that occurred at about 7 am.
It is said that in a bid to make way for a gas tanker which tried to overtake the lorry on the bridge, the lorry driver steered left, leading the lorry to fall off the bridge.
